NCOA Move Update Compliance Provide this form with each mail file that you are submitting that was processed by your own vendor for the Move Update Compliance (ie: NCOA) NCOA Processing Roberts Printing can provide the NCOA Move Update compliance required by the USPS. Provide this form with mail files that require the Move Update (NCOA) processing. This document only needs to be completed one time, per customer, per year and not for every mailing.
