FTP Server Software
The following are two downloadable FTP client utilities, one for the PC, the other for the Macintosh. While any FTP software may be used, we have found these to be stable and easy to use. They function for a 30 day trial period and then require/request a small licensing fee.

It is also possible to download files directly from your browser window by right clicking (PC) or simply clicking and holding (Mac) on the file in the directory window.
