He works exhaustively and closely with all of our team leaders to ensure that continued stability, quality of service and exacting craftsmanship remain Roberts' defining attributes.

23 years hands-on print production and management experience. Extensive knowledge of all printing phases including planning, production and customer service. Supervises department managers and oversees all phases of production operations including scheduling, estimating, and purchasing. Works to develop short and long-term growth plans.

Electronic Prepress Manager

15 Years Experience. Supervises two-shift production of computerized direct-to-plate output from electronic media. Provides scans, silhouettes, trapping, page layout, press impositions, etc. Responsible for customer assistance and training in desktop applications.

Production Manager

20 Years Experience. Supervises three shifts (24 hours) in the press and bindery department. Works closely with plant manager in scheduling of jobs and reviewing production format to avoid any possible technical problems. On a daily basis, Bob oversees all press & bindery equipment maintenance, pressroom quality control & inventory management.

20+ Years of "number-crunching". Eileen generates all financial reports including quarterly and annual statements, supervises payables, receivables, and works closely with plant manager on project cost analysis. Eileen also works directly to assist clients with new account creation, establishment of terms and clarification of billing issues.

Having worked in the printing industry for 20 years, Doug has evolved from a pressman and process stripper to an advanced electronic prepress expert and ultimately into an Information Technology professional. With Adobe, Cisco and Microsoft Certifications, he has trained many in the use of Photoshop and other prepress applications, deployed large (500+ node) LAN/WAN networks, and built server farms and electronic prepress workflows within the printing/prepress field.
