Early morning production meetings are held to review status of all work in progress and press schedules with timetables are provided to all in attendance. This allows us to always know the status of your job and advise you in advance of any problems that arise. All Account Managers and Department Managers are required to attend.

We pay attention to the small things that are important to you...packages that are not too heavy to lift, proper and customized labeling so you know what is in the box, special delivery or fulfillment instructions. You tell us what is important to you, and we’ll make it happen!

Through our Programmed Solutions Management Information System, all estimates are linked to specific jobs. Production staff use a terminal server based tracking system to clock in on all phases of production. Detailed reports collected using this data are analyzed and compared with the original estimate. This allows us to be as competitive as possible because we know where our bottom line really is.
